Data Not Collected

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

Koma is built to keep your reading private. The short version: Koma collects nothing. Your library and reading position stay on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

What Koma stores, and where

What Koma does not do

Servers you connect

If you connect your own Komga or OPDS server, Koma communicates directly with that server using the address and credentials you provide, solely to show you your library. Those credentials are stored only on your device. Koma does not route this traffic through any service we operate.

Network access

Koma only makes network requests to the servers you explicitly configure (for example, your Komga or OPDS catalog) and to Apple’s iCloud when you enable sync. It does not contact any Koma-operated server, because there isn’t one.

Children’s privacy

Koma does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the content in Koma is whatever you import or host yourself, please use the App Store age rating as your guide for suitability.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
