Your comics and manga,
beautifully your own.
Koma is a reader for the comics and manga you already own: import your files or connect a library you host yourself.
iPhone & iPad · iOS 26 · Nothing streamed from anyone else.
Coming soon to the App Store.
What Koma is
A personal-library reader, not an aggregator.
You bring the books. Koma gives them a fast, modern reader designed for both page comics and vertical webtoons, with your reading position, downloads, and library kept private to your devices.
Bring your own files
Import CBZ, PDF, or a folder of images from the Files app, iCloud Drive, or Dropbox. A folder of chapters becomes one series, read fully offline.
Connect your own library
Built-in Komga support, plus any OPDS catalog (Kavita, Calibre-Web, Suwayomi, or a NAS comic server), with page-by-page streaming (OPDS-PSE).
A reader that gets out of the way
Paged right-to-left or left-to-right, and continuous vertical (webtoon) modes. Two-page spreads on iPad and in landscape; a comfortable webtoon column on big screens.
Private by design
Your library and reading progress stay on your device and your own iCloud. No accounts, no tracking, no ads.

Questions or trouble? We’re here.
Most answers are below. If something isn’t working or you have a request, send an email and you’ll get a reply.
How do I add my comics?
Open Sources → My Library and tap import. Pick a CBZ file, a PDF, or a folder of images (or a folder of CBZ chapters) from Files, iCloud Drive, or Dropbox. Koma copies them in and reads them fully offline.
How do I connect my own server?
For a Komga server, go to Sources → Komga, enter your server URL and account, and tap Test. For any OPDS catalog (Kavita, Calibre-Web, Suwayomi, or a NAS comic server), use Sources → OPDS Catalog and point it at your catalog URL. Both browse, search, download, and read with Koma’s own reader.
Does Koma include any content?
No. Koma ships empty. It reads the files you import and the servers you host yourself. Nothing is streamed or downloaded from anyone else.
Where is my data stored? Do you collect anything?
Everything stays on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud. Koma has no analytics, no accounts, no ads, and collects nothing. See the Privacy Policy.
Will my library sync across my iPhone and iPad?
Yes, if you enable iCloud Sync in Settings. Your library, reading progress, and offline list stay in step across your devices through your private iCloud, never a Koma server. There’s also a Backup & restore file you can keep in Files.
